"Mossy" Preston Postcard Albums

The Rupert L "Mossy" Preston collection comprises eleven albums with about 1,000 aviation postcards and photographs, dating from the late 19th and early 20th century. Some of the postcards are quite ordinary; others are rare. Many were sent through the post, and have become discoloured and stained. Taken together, they form a comprehensive gallery of pictures of pioneer aviators and early aircraft.

The images included in the eleven albums of postcards collected by "Mossy" Preston have been uploaded to the Google Photos photo-sharing website, where they are available for viewing.
